Shipping Policy

Your order will be fulfilled (packed and shipped) within the next 2-24 hours (Monday-Friday) after your purchase.

Once your package is packaged and received by USPS, Lissy Store is not responsible for the package. All claims for missing packages must be made at USPS.COM.

All sales are final unless the reason for return is damaged merchandise. The store will require proof of damaged merchandise upon receipt.

Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

In the case of a company-approved return, we have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return request, you can contact us at Lissystoreweb@gmail.com or Whatsapp. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. If accepted, an exchange or store credit may be provided.
